ELECTRONIC CONTRACT PROCESS

Step 1: Offer to enter a contract

Proposal to enter a contract is a clear expression of your intention to enter into a contract and be bound by this proposal to Vector Trading and Service Co., Ltd.

- You (the party offering the contract) proceed to create an account on the system, click the "Register" button at the homepage to get started.

- You fill in all the information in the blank box including Full name, email, phone number, and password, then click the Register button

You will receive a notify email of account activation successfully.

Step 2: Respond to the offer to enter into a contract

Acceptance of an offer to enter into a contract is the offeree's reply to the acceptance of the entire content of the offer made by specific action.

- The person offered to enter into a contract (customer) Receive automatic notification emails, access the link sent in the email without logging into the system

- The customer reads the order information displayed on the Vector company's website after the customer has performed the action and clicks the "Agree to order service" button.

- If customers do NOT agree with the information displayed on the website or want to change the information, please contact Vector via hotline +84 (0) 909 862 965 or email biz@vectorcar.vn before 8 hours from the service start time to cancel the request or change the information.

- You are considered to AGREE to enter into a contract with VECTOR with the information you provided to VECTOR during the process of making a service reservation on the website without performing the operation to notify cancellation or changing information via hotline phone number or email mentioned above.

Step 3: Execute the service as contracted.

After completing the conclusion of the contract, the parties prepare the stages to provide goods and services to customers according to the agreed terms.
