Booking procedure
You can book a car directly on the official website www.vectorcar.vn by following these steps:
STEP 1: FIND THE SERVICES
You can search using the following form:
• Search by desired service type: click the arrow down icon on the right of the search box, select the desired service type, then click the Find a car button.
• Search by service group: click the drop arrow down icon on the right of the search box, select the desired service group, then click the Find a car button.
STEP 2: ENTER DETAILS BOOKING INFORMATION
• After you have select the service that you want and fully consulted the attached pictures and description, please enter the following important information:
o Specific schedule, flight number and other important information that you need us to pay attention
o Guest name
o Phone number
o Pick up point
o Pick up time
o Drop-off point,
o Check-out time
o Specific schedule and flight number
Click Proceed to book a car button
• The screen will show a list of services currently in the cart and the temporarily calculated total amount . Click CONTINUE BOOKING if you want to return to choose other services, click PROCEED PAYMENT if you have agreed ithe type of car booking service
Note: If the vehicle is fully booked on the date you request, or the type of service you request, we will actively contact you to change the date, schedule or type of service.
STEP 3: INSPECTION AND PROCEED BOOKING
• Check the complete information about the product or service you want to order
• Enter your discount code (if any) in the DISCOUNT CODE box and click USE.
• Fill in the full information of the BOOKER including Full name, Email, Phone number, and Address. If you already have an account, please click login.
Note: If the BOOKER orders another person to use the service, please fill in the full name, phone number, and email address of the BOOKER so that we can contact you in case of need.
STEP 4: SELECT PAYMENT METHOD
Choose payment by credit card/debit card. We accept payment by VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERED TO THE PAYMENT GATEWAY AFTER COMPLETING THE ORDER.
STEP 5: COMPLETE ORDER
Click on the BOOK A CAR button after you have completed the above steps and carefully check all order information, shipping methods, payment methods.
THE PAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHED TO THE PAYMENT GATEWAY FOR YOU TO INPUT YOUR CARD DETAIL TO COMPLETE THE PAYMENT.
